For over 15 years, Emily has been in sales. During that time she held positions in every facet of the fitness industry, from the front desk to management. While working directly for a major chain fitness facility in the North East, Emily honed in on a strategy to create leads and convert those leads into new clients at an exponential rate adding over 200 members in 90 days, increasing membership count by over 40%, and added $14k in additional package revenue in 30 days.
Emily quickly learned that this strategy, coupled with old fashioned hard work could stand alone and not only benefit the organization she was working for but ALL fitness, wellness and beauty facilities across the United States who operate on memberships. From there began her journey in the world of management and sales consulting.
More about Emily.. While she had a successful career in hospitality at the Four Season Hotel, where she exceeded her gross revenue target by $500,000, Emily followed her passion and returned to school. She received a Master of Arts in International Business Management, with a concentration in International Sports and Fitness Marketing.
Emily was then recruited to lead Business Operations and Marketing for UCL Academy in London. But Emily knew her strength was in consulting, so she returned home to follow her dream.
Now, Emily continues to grow businesses with Member Force, where she helps studio owners increase their sales and manage their teams with the highest level of service and expertise.
